Each of us have 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week and 52 weeks in a year, so why is it that some people seem to achieve so much more than others?
Rory Rhodes and Joel Savage will talk you through some of the strategies they have used with fitness clients in the past as well as sharing some of their own personal stories of hardship and success.

Both Rory & Joel have helped clients with injuries, medical conditions and have helped people to transform their bodies.
Rory was a professional baseball player in America, he got his big break at 17 years of Age whilst laying in Australia and made the trip over to the USA to play for the Minnesota Twins where he stayed and played for 5 years before having some injuries, changing his life direction and starting his Personal training Business which, he now runs in Charters Towers. Some of Rory’s client’s success: A client lost 17.5kg in 5 weeks, Another 40kg in 6 months, client with Muscle deterioration in 1 leg– then built up to equal strength / back to all activities.
Joel used to be a bodybuilder many years ago and has both personally transformed his own body each year for competitions but also helped plenty of people transform their own bodies and their lifestyles including a client who lost 90kg in a year. Joel has maintained a balanced fitness lifestyle now focussing more on the fun and challenge of activity whilst creating and running the Adventurethon series of Sporting events around the country. Prior to this he was the Manager of a Gym of 2500 active members for 5 and a half years. In this time, he has helped many types of people (high achievers and recurring strugglers) and understands the points of view of many of these clients.
Both the boys know people are at different places and want to be active, healthy or leaner for different reasons. Come and learn a few things from a couple of people who really want to help you. There is not any “ONE TYPE” of person for this talk/ workshop.
